361 Shoeboxes!
Well KGF Church Family, you have once again blown away any goal we can set!! We had challenged you to bring in 300 shoeboxes for Samaritan's Purse's Operation Christmas Child, and when all the boxes were counted, we sat at 361!! That's incredible. That's 12 stories of love (how high the shoeboxes would be stacked on top of each other.
Thank you for being such a generous church, and for showing our kids that following Jesus makes a difference in all aspects of our lives! If you still have a shoebox to add, we'd love to receive it. . . you can bring it by the church during office hours this week (no later than Thursday though!)
This week, KGF is the regional depot for the whole Central Okanagan, and our teams will be packing all those boxes together for shipping to Calgary, where they are checked and packed for shipping overseas for kids this Christmas. . . Incredible.
