Did You Know We Had a Bible College?

I had the chance to sit for lunch last week with the Ron Penner, the president of Columbia Bible College in Abbotsford.  CBC is the MB Conference Bible College, and has been equipping people for a life of ministry for more than 75 years!  

The group of us gathered for lunch had a great conversation about the changing face of higher Christian education, and how CBC is focusing its efforts as a Bible College.  Nearly 500 students make up CBC, which has a great reputation for a lot of areas, including music, sports, ministry and more.  

We are looking forward to CBC being at KGF in February 2011, but if you haven't poked around the website in a while, check it out.  If you know of students considering their options after high school, may I encourage you to keep CBC as a possibility?  There are matching scholarships that CBC and the church are open to that would help make it more accessible.
