Grand Total for Gardom Lake Bible Camp - $11,320!

It is such a gift to be around such a generous congregation!  Our most recent project focused on Gardom Lake Bible Camp, and their need to upgrade 6 boys cabins, at a cost of $6,000.  Our challenge to the congregation was to set money aside from whatever they gave up for Lent (the 40 day season of preparation leading up to Easter) and give that for the Gardom Lake project.  Anything above and beyond the $6,000 would be used for camp scholarships, so kids who could otherwise not afford it could be helped financially in getting to camp! 

So the big give Sunday was April 17^th, and when all was said and done, families from KGF had given a whopping $11,320!!  That’s nearly double our goal, and means that the cabin renovations will be paid off and dozens of kids will have sponsorships to go to camp!  Thank you KGF for living your faith out in practical ways like this.  You are a blessing to me and many!!
