Kids Ministries Update - Kristi Cooper

It’s hard to believe how fast this summer is going. I know we as a family have really enjoyed the beautiful weather and are making the most of the sunshine. I am in the midst of putting together our Fall programs for Sunday School, Kids Church and Nursery.

It’s amazing to see our continued growth. Of course, with growth comes an increasing need for volunteers. If you are interested in helping in any of these areas I’d love to speak with you. We are working hard to have a six week rotation. The more volunteers we receive the easier this will be.

God is so good and it is so amazing to see our kids grow in their Sunday morning programs. I am constantly amazed at the little ones ability to pray and worship God together. They are working on their memory verses and always impress me with their ability to memorize Scripture!

Our Mommy Moments on Friday mornings has had a slow start.  We’d love to see more kids come and join us for some fun on the playground. If the weather is inclement, we’ve been moving upstairs for some playtime in the Nursery. Please come and join us on Friday mornings from 9:30-11:30 am for some great fun!

I am constantly in awe of how good God is. My faith continues to be renewed and reinforced when I see our little children worshipping Jesus!
