Lorna Lorna

As I get older in this Christian journey the less I know that I know.  But the exciting part is that there is always so much more to experience and more to learn about our God.

My journey started as a small child walking single file from our little church to the community hall where our Sunday school room was held.

There my mother taught the class and told wonderful stories of Bible characters.  My love for the stories has grown over the years and has helped me in my walk with the Lord.

Commitment and baptism came in my teens but I drifted away for several years until we had children.

Then the Lord drew me back in a very tangible way and my dedication to my Father has been a passion for me ever since.

Following the career of my husband has taken me into many cities and churches and through that I have had interesting experiences.

My passion has lead me in the desire to see others know Jesus and His word and that has taken me into learning much about prayer and its many facets.

I am currently leading a small Bible study class.

The theme scripture the Lord has given me for this year is

Psalms 25:5 “Lead me in your truth and teach me.  For you are the God of my salvation and on you I wait all the day.”
