Christmas Surprises Part 3 Christmas Surprises Part 3 KGF

I don’t like relinquishing control.  And that plays out in other parts of my life.  If there is a map to be read, I’d like to have it in my hands.  If there is a group to be led, I’d like to be calling the shots.  If there is a remote control to be changed, I’d like to push the buttons.

At its core, I like to be on the throne.  And I don’t think I’m alone. In fact, I think for many people, this issue of owning the throne is big.

So into our world of throne sitting comes Jesus.  The owner of the throne.  The king of all kings.  And there is only room for one throne.  And we’re not on it

In part 3 of our Christmas Surprises series, Pastor Mike looks at competing kingdoms, as illustrated by King Herod’s response to the newborn King of the Jews.  The key question – who is on the throne of your life?
