Growing up, the dinner table meant a lot to me.  True, I love food.  But more than that, I loved what took place around the table.  I loved conversation, the laughter, the sharing of lives.  

Here’s what made it so special.  I belonged there. There was a seat that was mine.  There was a space with my name on it. 

If you ask why bother with church, my answer is I was made to belong.  And church is a place where belonging is a core value.  In part 3 of this 6 part series “Church. . .Why Bother?”, Pastor Mike unpacks what Biblical belonging looks like, and how we can choose to belong.
