Exciting Ministry Opportunity - "Food For Thought"

Written by

Food for Thought is on a mission—to eliminate hunger one person at a time. We collect day old bakery goods from restaurants in the Kelowna area. The food is sorted, frozen and redistributed to drop in centres, shelters and donated to food banks. Some of the food is used to serve breakfast at local schools.

Currently we are feeding 200 students. We would like to expand the breakfast and need more volunteers. Could you help? The commitment could be as little as 4 hours per week. Need more information?
