Impact Event in November

On Thursday evening, 8th November 2018, IMPACT [KGF 60+ ministry] had a Travelogue Tour evening featuring a Holy Land tour and trek with Ruth & Ernie Penninga.  Dotti Thiessen’s inspiring testimony was shared by Theresa White, Phil Jenion and Bea Stinner led a hymn sing, and two videos set in Jerusalem complemented the program.  The evening ended with 64 enjoying fellowship over coffee and cake.

Thanks to all who came out, and please join us for our Christmas dinner, December 6th. See the post under Events for more information.

Impact is a ministry of KGF that centers on people aged 60+ . We meet the 1st Thursday evening of each month and welcome everyone who wants to enjoy a time of community.

Join us for Fun, Food & Friendship.

Primetime dinner and golf – well almost

Friday, October 26th about 20 Primetimers headed out for supper and a planned round of golf. They had just started hole one when the lights went out – night golf with one flashlight was not a success. Second round – they headed to Scandia and had a great time making puts and building friendships.

Primetime is a mid-size gathering of people in their mid 40’s – early 60’s.  It’s designed to be a community of support, encouragement, and relationship building, with room for you!

Our next event is November 3, 9 am – 1 pm at North Okanagan Gleaners. See the post online, call Monica Ewert if you need help with a ride, and join the fun. Here are pictures from the golf and dinner event.
