We are blessed with a fantastic group of men and women on our staff team who love Jesus, His Church, and His people! We encourage you to get to know them, pray for them, and encourage them as together we follow God's Spirit in this church family.

What a joy it is to finally officially begin serving as your worship pastor here at Kelowna Gospel Fellowship. I am truly excited at the prospects of what God has in store for us as a church family as we together magnify the name of Jesus in worship and music.
I move into this new season of ministry with great expectation and thankfulness. As I have come to know the pastoral and support staff at KGF, I marvel at the quality, gifted people God has brought together for "such a time as this"!
Bethany loves God, her husband Marcus, and her two sons, Elijah and Rafael. Born and raised in Kelowna, she could be found on the soccer pitch or on the volleyball court. She came to faith at an early age but genuinely started following Jesus while at Columbia Bible College in Abbotsford, where she studied outdoor education and counseling. She has since enjoyed shepherding young people in their faith and finding creative ways to make the Gospel come alive. She has been a member of KGF Church since September, 2012, and looks forward to serving Jesus alongside so many amazing believers.

My name is Kelsey and I have recently married my handsome husband Jordan and moved to Kelowna to join him in life, in the beautiful Okanagan. I was born and raised in Calgary, went to Capernwray Bible School in New Zealand and then obtained a degree in Psychology at University of Calgary. During my schooling, I began volunteering, interning and then working at my home church. My last year in Calgary was spent working as the Children’s Director; learning and growing within a ministry context. While the past few months have been filled with many changes, I am excited for the new season of life God has placed me in!
I am a child of God, working as receptionist at KGF since 2007. I love the teaching, music and people of KGF! I am so excited to see where God will take us! Jim & I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
My verse of the moment is Psalm 63:7, “Because You are my help, I sing in the shadow of Your wings.”
I see God in everything. When life is good I usually comment “He surely must love me”. When life is tough I thank Him for holding my hand. He is the reason for everything in my life. He loves me so much that He gave me a husband 27 years ago who loves me despite myself. He loves us so much that He gifted us with 3 incredible babies who have grown into loving, compassionate young adults. Yep, He sure loves us!!!
I join the team at KGF with much excitement. With 30+ years of financial experience, 8 within the church, my prayer is that I will be an asset and a blessing to this church family. I bring integrity in my desire to see God’s money be honoured and used to further His kingdom here in Kelowna through Kelowna Gospel Fellowship.
As part of his Masters of Divinity studies from Taylor Seminary in Edmonton, Phill Whatman will be “interning” at KGF from September 2013 until April 2014. He will work in areas of Life Groups, Young Adults, and Tech Ministries. Phill has spent the past five years working at the Kelowna Gospel Mission.
“What I have found is that day-by-day, year-by-year, Christ has been transforming me to become more in his likeness. I look back on my past and wonder how I got from “point A” to the transformation of “point B.” This transformation that I have undergone, I can only give credit to Christ and the Holy Spirit.
The joy is that I know that Christ will walk with me in my life long journey (even as I stumble and fall). When I included God in my life story, or better yet, join in God’s bigger story, my life narrative has gone beyond something I could ever imagine.
