The Posture of a Good News Pilgrim
It has been said, "It is not so much what you say but how you say it." The journey Jesus calls us to is good news, living His kingdom life is good news. The church as people stumbling forward together on this quest is good news. The struggling, messed up, those hurting and in pain flocked to Jesus because He was good news and in many cases their only hope. But many do not see or hear the church as good news. Why? Maybe one of the reasons is our spiritual posture. Let's together remind ourselves what the posture of a good news pilgrim looks like.
