You Were Never Meant to Carry it Alone

Exodus 18:1-27

Have you ever had a season of life or leadership where you weren't sure if you were going to make it?  You're not alone.  In my own leadership experience, I find that what often begins with a willingness to serve, can quietly become a burden we were never meant to carry alone.  In Exodus 18, Moses tries to shoulder every responsibility until Jethro challenges him with the words, “What you are doing is not good.”  This Sunday, we'll explore how God calls leaders to share the load, empower others, and embrace the wisdom of delegation, discovering that healthy leadership isn't about doing everything ourselves but about trusting God and equipping others to serve alongside us.
